Angie Stone – 75 Lbs – Healthy Eating & Exercising
Angie Stone is still a powerhouse in the music industry now that she’s in her 50s. She’s always been heavy set, but in 2006, she joined Celebrity Fit Club on VH1 to try and drop some weight. She ended up losing 20 lbs from the show.
A decade later, she found out that she had diabetes and the fact that it runs in her family was her wake up call. She had witnessed firsthand its adverse effects and knew that her only option was to make lifestyle changes. She changed her way of eating and also started exercising which helped her shed 75lbs.
