Adele – 28 Lbs – Eating Healthier & Exercising
It’s difficult to find someone who hasn’t heard at least one of Adele’s chart-topping hits. She sang her way right into our hearts from the late 2000s, and she’s also served as a symbol of body positivity as a heavier woman.
From 2016 she unveiled a slimmer figure after making several lifestyle changes. She pared down on the amount of tea she drank each day and followed a clean-eating plan. She also teamed up with a trainer and lost an estimated 28 lbs. We are still waiting for Adele to drop her fourth album ever since the announcement that she’s working on new material in 2018.
