Paula Deen – 40 Lbs – Clean Eating
Paula Deen is yet another celebrity involved in the food business whose love for food wasn’t kind on her health. Like most cooks who have to sample just about every dish they prepare, Deen fell into the trap of not being conscious about how much she ate.
By 2012 things weren’t getting any better for her in terms of her weight, and it didn’t help that she found out that she was diabetic. She adopted a clean eating meal plan which meant dropping pasta, potatoes, white bread, and white rice. She stayed consistent and her efforts helped her shed 40 lbs.
