Michael Strahan – Isabella & Sophia Strahan, 16 Years Old

Michael Strahan may be a big-time television host and a former ‘NFL’ player, but he has another important role – father. Not many know that the ‘Good Morning America’ co-host became a dad in his early 20s. So, when his twin daughters Sophia and Isabella were born in 2004, Strahan was already quite familiar with fatherhood.

Although the twins do not permanently stay with the former defensive end since he shares custody with ex-wife Jean Muggli, the girls obviously share their father’s love for sports. The young ladies enjoy tennis, beach volleyball, and horseback riding – Sophia even competes in riding competitions and has brought home many awards.
