Tom Jones – $6.5 Million, Los Angeles

Singer Tom Jones’ change of residence is a rather heartbreaking story. His wife of about six decades passed away after a brave battle with cancer, and he had to change homes as per her last wishes.

Their Los Angeles, Mediterranean villa probably also felt too big for him, and he could sell-off the two-storied mansion he acquired back in 1998 for double the price. It came with an adjacent lot for the new buyer, and with all the amenities the home has to offer, it was a good buy. Jones later relocated to an apartment in the UK where he lives to date.
