Wayne Rooney is a former player and the manager of the Major League United States Soccer club D.C. United. Widely regarded as one the best players of his generation, he is the record goal scorer career for Manchester United and the England national team.

Rooney owns a six-bedroom $24 million-worth palatial home in Cheshire that he and his wife, Colleen Rooney refer to as “Mini Versailles.” The couple also owns several other pads in Florida and the Caribbean. The Rooneys’ 40-acre plot in Cheshire boasts of several buildings, including stables, an orangery, and man-made fishing lakes. Their residence is often compared to the Morrisons supermarket because of the similar exterior.
