Jürgen Klopp – $4.5 Million, London

Jürgen Klopp is a former player and German professional football manager of the Premier League club Liverpool. Hailed as one of the best managers in the world, Klopp is now living in the house in Formby. Klopp’s abode, formerly owned by Brendan Rogers, became his home after he succeeded Rodgers as Liverpool manager in October 2015.

It was Liverpool’s idea to buy the house for $4.5 million and keep it as an official residence for future managers. Klopp lives there rent-free, although he will have to pay tax on the rental value. The residence has all the modern features, including an indoor swimming pool and seven bedrooms.
