Changing eating habits is hard. Between enjoying the way things are and the fact that you always crave what you can’t even more, it’s the proverbial minefield. As previously mentioned, Danny and Lexi were no different, but they did find unique ways to make their meals tasty while remaining healthy.
They also managed to keep some of their old favorites on the menu. This is thanks to modifying the recipes and replacing less healthy ingredients with more nutritious ones. This also helped them manage their cravings better since they could still have what they liked more healthily.
