Anyone who follows Rebel Wilson on Instagram knows about her recent drastic weight loss. She self-declared 2020 to be the year of health, and as a result, she now proudly weighs around 165 pounds. According to Prevention, the 40-year-old star did it in a very simple way too.
Wilson reportedly followed the Mayr Method. It’s a low- sugar and low-caffeine kind of diet, which also required her to chew her food anywhere between 40 to 60 times. All of that, combined with working out nearly every day, has made Wilson the healthy woman she is today! In 2020, she also hosted LOL: Last One Laughing Australia.
