Shonda Rhimes – 150 Lbs – Dieting
Shonda Rhimes is the brains behind the medical drama Grey’s Anatomy. She also struggled with weight-induced ailments which affected her ability to perform daily tasks. Things like climbing up a flight of stairs prove laborious, and soon, she decided to lose weight.
She strictly monitored what she consumed and it wasn’t a walk in the park. She enlisted the services of a trainer and Pilates became her favorite way of working out. Everything paid off and she dropped 150 lbs. Rhines still keeps a busy schedule, and she’s currently producing four shows.
