Back in the day, actress and comedian Lily Tomlin enjoyed her Laughlin Park home very much. Located inside a gated community in Los Feliz, the Mediterranean-style house was built in 1920. The 6,800-square-foot residence’s walls were painted pink during Tomlin’s time there.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house had some amazing interior designs. For instance, there was a copper solarium, five fireplaces to stay cozy, and a wine cellar. Furthermore, with its scalloped ceilings and original woodwork, the masterpiece surely stood out in the closed community. Dennis Rice acquired the 0.63-acre property in 2004, and by 2012, it was back for sale at $7.149 million.
